What do I need to do to get a Real Estate Sales License In Connecticut:
- You must Complete the 60 hour Real Estate Principles & Practice Course,
- All 60 hours must be in a classroom conducted by an instructor or offered online in a live interacting classroom setting.
- You need be at least 18 years old to obtain a Real Estate License
- You need to take and pass the state Real Estate test for Salesperson
- You then need to associate with a licensed broker to activate your license (Back)
